User Agreement ​

Welcome to Fast-API (https://fast-api.org) (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Please read this agreement carefully before using the services provided by the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement.

1. Service Description ​

  1. The Platform is operated by Jiuxi Limited and provides API relay services for AI models, allowing users to access various AI model interfaces through the Platform.
  2. The Platform is not responsible for the content generated by AI models. The generated content is for reference only, and users should independently verify its accuracy and suitability.
  3. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its services at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Management ​

  1. Users must provide truthful and accurate registration information and must not impersonate others when registering.
  2. Users should properly safeguard their account information and API Key. Any losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence shall be borne by the user.
  3. Each user is allowed to register only one account. Bulk registration or malicious occupation of resources is prohibited.
  4. The Platform has the right to freeze or terminate accounts suspected of violating this agreement.

3. Usage Guidelines ​

When using the Platform, users must not engage in the following activities:

  1. Using the Platform to generate content in violation of laws and regulations (including but not limited to content that endangers national security, pornography, violence, terror, or misleading content).
  2. Unauthorized resale, distribution, or provision of the Platform's services to third parties.
  3. Malicious attacks or interference with the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to DDoS attacks and high-frequency abusive requests.
  4. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain source code from the Platform.
  5. Using AI models to generate false identity information, fraudulent content, or content that infringes upon the legal rights of others.
  6. Any other activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and good morals.

4. Fees & Refunds ​

  1. The Platform operates on a prepaid model; users must recharge their accounts before using the services.
  2. Different models are billed based on actual token consumption; specific rates are subject to the pricing published by the Platform.
  3. Once spent, recharge amounts are non-refundable.
  4. The Platform reserves the right to adjust pricing based on operational costs and will provide advance notice before making adjustments.

5. Disclaimer ​

  1. AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or omissions; the Platform makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or reliability of the content.
  2. The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to network failures, server downtime, policy changes).
  3. Users shall bear all legal consequences arising from violations of this agreement. The Platform reserves the right to pursue further liability.
